This system
was originally installed in 1988 by Frank Overcashier Heating
and Air Conditioning and with 2 stage heat and a four speed
blower motor, the XL 90 was ahead of it's time. Match 90%
efficiency and it's 21 year life span, a great furnace.

The
furnace was replaced with a three-stage, variable speed
fan, Trane XC95 (tax
credit eligible), high efficiency Media Filter, XL 20i
Air Conditioner (the AC coil above the furnace is very
tall to contribute to the XL 20i's efficiency and unparalleled
comfort. The custom metal box below the furnace offers
additional elevation (notice water marks on floor from
flooding) as well as permits additional airflow for optimum
system performance.
